ski-in and ski-out bliss!
large apartment quick responsiveness
The apartment was large and comfortable (so important after a day on the slopes). i was impressed with the responsiveness when the shower wasn't working. Maintenance replaced the whole unit within an hour. i liked the ski room. Each apartment has a locker right next to the door to the slope.
i noticed a lack of storage in the apartment, and there was no oven, just a microwave, which wasn't ideal for reheating certain foods.

the hotel is right on the slope. a small supermarket is just meters away from the hotel, as is ski and snowboard rental.

the staff seemed very friendly and helpful, addressing issues promptly. the registration process was efficient, with keys waiting in the apartment upon arrival, streamlining the check-in experience. this definitely added value to my stay.

Excellent Location and Facilities

The hotel offered ski-in and ski-out access, providing direct access to the slopes. It is very convenient. A restaurant attached to the accommodation served tasty traditional dishes. I found the hotel to be spacious and well-equipped. The staff members were friendly. They were helpful.

clean room swimming pool lacking information elevator breakdown
the room was very clean. it was cleaned every morning (i appreciate that!). i found the staff to be pleasant. the swimming pool was a good amenity to have.
I found information lacking upon arrival concerning the building name. i couldn't find building b. These are just names! also one of two elevators broke down on my second day.

adequate stay with good ski access
ski access comfortable apartment price issue card issue
ski in ski out access was very convenient. the apartment was large and comfortable it suited our needs well
i experienced a price issue with the accommodation. i booked early but a card issue led to cancellation then the price increased significantly upon rebooking they did not honor the original price
